London's Best Lunch Spots

Chucs Dover Street

If you are looking to have an intimate and chic lunch go no further than Chucs in Mayfair. Owned by Peter Dubens, founder of KX Gym, Chucs is by far my favourite lunch spot in London. The restaurant is so tiny that one feels like you are on a boat ... a very stylish one may I add ! The attention to detail is fantastic, the service is great and the food is delicious. The chef used to work at KX Gym so the food is very healthy and top quality (the cobb salad is to die for ).
Ivy Chelsea Garden

Located on the trendy Kings Road, this Richard Caring owned restaurant ( Caprice Holdings) is a fabulous place to have lunch. They have one of the most beautiful gardens in the whole of London and the atmosphere is always buzzing, great place to see and be seen ! The menu is also very easy going, very light with no heavy you would find in a typical French brasserie. Bookings can be tricky so its best to show up early as they welcome walk ins .
Farmacy Notting Hill

Farmacy is Camilla Al Fayed's newly opened vegan and vegetarian restaurant located on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill. It is the perfect lunch spot for you and your girlfriends to enjoy a healthy clean vegetarian meal. The interiors are beautifully done creating a perfect oasis of health and happiness. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner the restaurant serves a nourishing and delicious menu created by chef Joao Ricardo Alves including mezze platters, macro bowls and the signature Farmacy Burger  not to mention a huge variety of juices and smoothies. Last but not least you can indulge in some hangover free biodynamic wine ! Farmacy doesn't take reservations but for more info visit
Little House Mayfair

Finally amongst my favourite go to places for lunch is Little House tucked away off Curzon Street in Mayfair . LH is part of the Soho House Group which has restaurants and hotels scattered all over the world. The interiors are industrial but cosy, the food is simple and not expensive and attention to detail is once again impeccable ! Access is members only and you can choose to have - although tricky and lengthy process - a full house membership or just a Little House membership. More about Soho House group coming soon !
